We have exciting news to share.
You see, we’re growing. Quickly!
And, with growth, change becomes inevitable.
We could get philosophical and wax poetic around the reasons change was needed.
But, at the end of the day, it was simply time to freshen things up a bit.
We needed something that better explained who and what we are. Plus, we needed to address a mispronunciation issue.
We’ve been called various iterations of Hackadoo, Hacked U, etc.
But, our name really should be pronounced: /hak/ee/dee/you.
So, the first thing we did was to adjust our logo slightly. You can still recognize it, but it represents us better. We had an underscore added—which is not only a key character in software code, its presence will make our company name much easier to say correctly!
About our branding—you’ll notice the blue has been replaced by vibrant green, along with other bright colors. These represent the energy your developers will feel when they take our secure code training.
There will be some more fantastic things we’re looking forward to rolling out over the next few weeks and months.
You can expect more frequent communications from us about our latest product content and features, weekly blog content, more social posts, and a brand new website.
Our look will be cleaner and more colorful. Our messaging, clearer.
Our mission to provide you with best-in-class secure coding lessons? That will always remain exactly the same no matter what our logo and branding looks like!
We’re still us—HackEDU. But way better looking!
